The five times’ DTM champion, the 1995 ITC winner and the 1997 FIA GT World Champion is looking forward to his outing at Spa-Francorchamps: “Of course, winning the three endurance racing classics of Dubai, Bathurst and Nürburgring motivates me for the Spa-Francorchamps 24 Hours. With my young team-mates Maximilian Buhk and Maximilian Götz, we want to be among the front-runners in the Pro Cup, but the opposition in class looks very strong.”
Uli Fritz, head of AMG Customer Sports: “After victories in the endurance races in Dubai, Bathurst and at the Nürburgring with the AMG customer teams Abu Dhabi by Black Falcon, Erebus Motorsport GT and Black Falcon, we are looking forward to this year’s Spa-Francorchamps 24 Hours. Of course, the task against the numerous works-teams will not be easy. We wish all drivers and team members good luck and success with the SLS AMG GT3.”
The Spa-Francorchamps 24 Hours get underway on 27 July, 2013, at 4.30 pm, the finish is on 28 July, 2013 at 4.30 pm.
